Lifeline Linkup
L
ifeline is a government program that
offers qualified low income households a
discount on their monthly local telephone/
cellular bill. Each state has its own guidelines
to qualify. The application and qualification
process differs by state and sometimes by
individual phone company.
 Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
 National School Lunch (free program only)
 Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
How much can I save?

 Tribally Administered TANF
 Head Start (income qualifying / residents of

You will pay $1.00 on your basic monthly bill.
These benefits apply to your local telephone/
cellular service charges that you purchase

Lie-Ito OTZ Scholarship is the first
Friday of June. OTZ awards current
members (or their descendants)
four scholarships each year. The
awards are $750 for part-time
students and $1,500 for fulltime students. You may visit our
