Coaches, parents, and patrons:
Hello and welcome to the 30th Annual Lebanon Valley
Soccer Club Soccer Blast. Thank you for choosing our
tournament and for supporting the Lebanon Valley Soccer
Club. It’s our goal to provide a safe, fun and competitive
environment for our youth to play soccer. We have designed
this tournament and the tournament site with the entire
family in mind. We have a full-service food stand and several
vendors with products that will interest the entire family.
There is a tournament site map on the back cover of this
program for your convenience.
Please take a moment to page through this program,
as it includes valuable information that will enhance your
Soccer Blast experience. In addition to the map, we also
have a schedule of events on page 5 and brackets for each
age division on pages 6-20. I would encourage you to fill
out the appropriate bracket to follow along your son and/or
daughter’s tournament play.

Round-robin Games
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
TOURNAMENT ADVANCEMENT:
During round-robin play, teams will be given points according to the following: 3 points
for a win, 1 point for a tie, and 0 for a loss.
A forfeit counts as -1 points, and the other team will receive 3 points.
If two teams have an equal number of points, order of finish will be calculated: Head to
head, Goal Differential (up to 3), Fewest Goals Allowed, Most Goals Scored (up to 3),
and Penalty Kicks.
ROSTER & GAMES:
U9 through U12 games will be played on a small field with 8 players on the field for
each team.
U13 through U19 games will be played on a full-size field with eleven players on the
field for each team.
All age groups will play two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute half-time.
If a team have 7 players, play begins.
Any team more than 5 minutes late will forfeit their game.
A size 4 ball will be used for U9-U12, and size 5 ball for U13-U19 games.
PLAYERS & SPECTATORS:
An ejected player or coach is ineligible for the next scheduled game.
A player ejected for fighting is ineligible for further tournament play.
All spectators must view the games from the opposite side of the field as the teams and
coaches
Spectators dismissed from the match by a referee or field marshal will be banned from
further tournament participation, or risk team disqualification from tournament.
All mechanical noisemakers are prohibited.
