First Night® Portsmouth 2016 Schedule of Events Good Things to Know... BUTTONS: Adult/$15.00 until December 27th; $20.00 December 28th - 30th; $25.00 on December 31st. Buttons for children under 12 are $2.00. No one is admitted into a performance without a button. Online purchases are to be picked up Downtown from 1pm—10pm at our Sales Site located at 55 Congress Street (1 block from Market Square; Carey & Giampa Realtors). ADMISSION: By button only, and seating is on a “ first come first served” basis and limited by fire code capacities. RESTROOMS: Available at all sites for all wearing the First Night button. PARKING: The Parking Garage at Hanover will offer flat rate parking from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM for $5.00 (collected upon entry into the garage). Please note: on 12/31 parking on the entire length of Parrott Avenue is prohibited from noon - 9:00 PM. Church Street is closed from noon - midnight. Parking on Pleasant Street from State to Market Square is prohibited from 4:00 PM - midnight. For additional parking information in Downtown Portsmouth, go to www.parkportsmouth.com. BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: The City of Portsmouth will be operating their Free Downtown Parking Shuttle on December 31st beginning at 4:00 PM until 1:00 AM on January 1st. For details regarding the shuttle and location of the remote lot on Market Street go to: www.portsmouthparkingshuttle.com. VENUE BUS SERVICE: Free bus service runs between all venues from 4:00 PM - midnight courtesy of Pro Portsmouth.
