Professional R&D ability is one of Canature's strong competitive advantages. Canature's R&D Center has two functions: One
is the new product and new technologies develop, another one is the chemical and physics lab. They guaranteed the quality of
the finished products through raw material inspection and new product testing.
Canature's R&D Center gathered so many doctors, master degree high technology people, whom with rich experience in water
treatment products developing and application. All Canature's key technologies and products are come from this team.
Chemical Lab and Physics Lab own world advanced testing equipment and technology, and right now it is a National authorized
independent water quality inspection Laboratory.

Canature has two main plastic workshops: blowing molding plastic workshop and injection molding plastic workshop.
The annual production capacity of control valve assembly workshop is 300,000 pcs. This workshop owns many assembly

Canature owns three main finished products assembly workshops: water softener assembly workshop, RO
system assembly workshop and water filter assembly workshop. All these three workshops are managed
according to ISO 9001 to ensure high quality.
Canature started to produce RO system since 2012, Canature's RO system enjoy good reputation in the
market. Right now, the true production capacity can't meet the demand of sales. In coming future, Canature will
expand its RO system production line rapidly. We have an intention to expand RO system production line to
1.000,000 sets, And at the same time, we’ll improve our quality and lower the price of RO system to maintain a
high level of competence. RO system would be one of our key products in coming future.

When the flow rate is high and over the preset trip point, the standby tank will get on-line to increase the capacity anytime.
Incoming raw water passes through a compressed pocket of air contained in
the first tank. The oxygen precipitates the iron into solid form and is removed
when it passes through the filters Birm media in the second tank. Birm acts as
a catalyst in the reaction between iron and oxygen that also causes the iron to
precipitate into a solid.
As more water passes through the unit, the air becomes depleted and the
birm becomes overloaded with the iron. Periodic automatic regeneration
replenishes the supply of air and cleans the media of filtered iron. Birm is not
consumed in the iron removal process and therefore is much more economical
than many other iron removal processes.
Smart system
As flow rate demand increases and overed the preset trip points,
external motorized ball valves on each control valve are opened to
bring the stand-by tank on-line to increase flow capacity. When the
demand goes down below the trip points, the stand-by tank is taken
off-line. When the capacity of a tank is depleted, it will immediately
go into regeneration. The outlet valve will close to prevent any hard
water from entering the service line. The tank standby will get into
service at the same time.

Cartridge Features:
Principal of Work
The generator can be installed into the normal Brine Line to produce chlorine through electrolytic reaction during the Brine
Draw cycle, thus killing the bacteria or other relevant microbes that affect the water quality in the container or the solution,
this periodic disinfection reduce the existence of all kinds of microorganisms in softener system.
The ceramic cartridges, which made from one hundred percent natural
raw material without any artificial materials, never contaminate the filtration
process.
Diatoms ceramic particles are very tiny, and have a 99.9% absolute filtration
rate. The partical can prevent bacterial growth by adding silver, and its solid
structure can make silver never dissolve into water. Clean, great tasting
treated water can be drink directly without boiling.
Diatoms ceramic has a high quality performance. It can be cleaned with
brush to remove the blocked surface and make new cartridge surface with
recovered filtration performance. The cartridge has a solid jacket which
can operate under a demanding high water pressure without burst and
contamination.
