Codman’s Pendulum Exercises
1. Bend over at the waist and steady yourself by grasping a firm object with your free hand.
Slowly swing your affected arm gently forward and backward 20 times. Repeat set 4 times
daily.
2. Bend over at the waist and steady yourself on a firm object. Gently swing your affected arm
in a circular pattern 20 times in each direction. Repeat set 4 times daily.
3. Bend over at the waist and steady yourself on a firm object. Gently swing your affected arm
side to side 20 times. Repeat set 4 times daily.
