WHAT IS MOTION SICKNESS?
Motion Sickness affects up to 33% of the
population.1 It is a complex process that is triggered
HOW DOES THE
RELIEFBAND VOYAGER® WORK?
by a multitude of biological and physical pathways, and
often occurs when the body is subjected to accelerations of
movement in different directions or under conditions where
visual contact with the actual outside horizon is disoriented.
Symptoms generally consist of dizziness, fatigue, malaise
and nausea which may progress to vomiting. Symptoms can
occur before (anticipatory), or after an activity begins, and if
left untreated can linger for hours or days.
2
In the past, sufferers of motion sickness have had to limit
their favorite activities or stop them altogether. Commonly
used medications for motion sickness have side effects and
contraindications that can be worse than the symptoms being
treated. The ReliefBand® Voyager puts you in the driver’s
seat with the ability to control symptoms without drugswithout delay.
The ReliefBand® Voyager is a FDA cleared nerve stimulation
medical device that treats and relieves Motion Sickness. It
is a safe, drug free, highly effective, and clinically proven
solution without the side effects associated with medications.

HOW TO USE THE RELIEFBAND® VOYAGER
The ReliefBand® Voyager is a non-invasive, nerve
stimulation medical device that relieves symptoms associated
with Motion Sickness (nausea and vomiting) using proprietary
nerve stimulation technology. Technically
referred to as “neuromodulation,” the
ReliefBand® Voyager is specifically
programmed to stimulate the nerves in
the body responsible for regulating the
various stimulus mechanisms causing
motion sickness.
When activated, the device emits
gentle electrical impulses to the
underside of the wrist. These intermittent
signals create a “tingling” sensation in
the palm and middle fingers, indicating
the device is working and stimulating the
appropriate median nerve.
The FDA has cleared the ReliefBand® Voyager for sale over the
counter (OTC) and is specifically indicated for the treatment of
nausea and vomiting associated with Motion Sickness.
