an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States,was aidedby HUERTA in the
purchaseof a firearm from COPELAND, a subjectwho has beenidentified as
being
engagedin the businessof dealingin firearmswithout a license. During the firearms
transactions,COPELAND disposedof firearm to a personhe had reasonablecauseto
believe was an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United Statesand not a residentof
Texas. All firearmsrelatedto this investigationhaveaffectedinterstateand or foreign
comrnerce-The allegedoffensestook place in Austin, Texas,in Travis County, in the
WestemJudicialDistrictof Texas.
