How did you first learn about Logan Homes?
While researching a builder to build our dream home, my
wife and I liked everything Logan Homes had to offer.
What is your role at Logan Homes?
My role at Logan Homes is Warranty Manager for our
southern communities. As Warranty Manager, I am the
problem solver if one arises.

How did you first hear

We were just exploring
the Wilmington area
looking for a home after we retired.
Why did you decide to go with Logan Homes rather
