COMPANY HISTORY
MAHA headquarters was founded in 1969 in Haldenwang,
Germany. The founder, Winfried Rauch invented the modern
Performance Based Brake Tester, making MAHA the pioneer of brake

GENERATE MORE REVENUE
A primary load brake holds load in place during normal operation. In the event of rapid descent, the redundant wedge brake
locks in place to prevent the load from falling. Each lift is factory tested to confirm load brake and wedge brake operation.

are guaranteed to have wheel free access, plus the TWIN IV can be

Each scissor is equipped with a synchronized redundancy system that
increases reliability and safety through years of tough, demanding use.
An acoustic signal control (CE-Stop) provides crush/pinch protection
and every TWIN IV is equipped with an emergency shut off function.
Pipe breakage safety function adds security in the lifting cylinders
Space Saving Design
Constructed with no in-between connections technicians have access
to perform all types of work. Up to five TWIN IVs will install in the same
space that would normally support three four-post lifts. In addition, a

SIDE SLIP TESTING
The MINC series side-slip tester inspects the respective
axle geometry on the vehicle simply by driving over it. As
an evaluation, a flush-floor installed test plate is pressed
either to the left or the right at drive-over depending on
the respective wheel side-slip. The tracking display is presented either on the existing brake tester display or on an
additional display. Problems are indicated as messages or
color graphics on the screen. The operator receives instant
evidence about the straight ahead driving behavior of the
vehicle and decision assistance about the necessity for a
suspension measurement or alignment.

print a detailed report of the measured values with date

In addition to conventional performance measurement with detection of engine power,
torque, engine speed and velocity, the MSR 400 provides extensive diagnostic capabilities. The clearly structured display of measured values and practical operation characterize the MSR 400 software. The roller set has a large single
roller. The rear wheel of the motorcycle runs at the highest point (the apex) of the roller. This means that the running
performance of the tire on the roller is very similar to its road performance. The MSR 400 basic version works on the

A Performance Based Brake Tester (PBBT) is a roller
dynamometer based brake testing system. The brake
performance measurements provided by a PBBT is
an industry accepted reference with the capability to
dynamically measure a vehicle’s rolling resistance,
