SHIPPING INFORMATION
• Complete shipping instructions must accompany
each order.
• Orders will be shipped directly to distributor if “Ship to
Address” is NOT provided upon completion of order.
• Unless shipping methods or instructions are specified,
we reserve the right to ship by most beneficial means
of transportation.
• Towel orders are shipped FOB South Carolina or FOB California
Blanket orders are shipped FOB South Carolina or FOB Washington
• Shipping carrier is responsible for timely delivery once accepting
consignment from factory.
SHIPMENT CHARGES
• Normal shipping and handling charges apply to all orders.
• Third Party shipping is available, however MUST be specified
on P.O. Provide account number.
• Box Charges on all orders:
1 - 5 boxes - $5.00 (k) per box
6+ boxes - $30.00 (k) flat rate
• Drop shipments $5.00 (k) per additional location.
• Split shipments $5.00 (k) on different dates due within 30 days.
• COD - Contact factory.
• Palletizing Fee $10.00 (h) per pallet.

2. Quotes are ESTIMATES ONLY (Actual costs may vary.)
3. PT will not be held responsible for variances
between quote and final shipping charges.
CLAIMS
• Damaged / Defective / Misprinted merchandise: ALL CLAIMS
must be made to factory within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so will void all claims!
