During a long period of time from 2007 - 2012, the company Ascona has conducted a number of
researches concerning the recovery process of twisted spring mattresses. Mattresses were tested
for recoverability after storage in a twist over different periods of time approximately from 15 days
up to 1 year.
Mutual efforts of employees of scientific test laboratory LLC " Askona -Vek " have proved, that it's

The shipping packaging is made for transportation of mattresses from the
production factory to the warehouse of a wholesale customer. Therefore after the arrival
of products to the warehouse, you can remove the shipping package and store the
mattress in its compressed state , BUT in its protective packaging-tape.
For removing a packaging for shipping, we recommend to use the following instructions:
- put the roll (a rolled Mat) on a flat clean surface
 for unpacking a mattress it is necessary to act very accurately with the purpose not to damage the
industrial packaging. The most convenient tool for unpacking a mattresses is the writing knife.
accurately make a small cut on the top surface of a shipping packing up to a a label on a mattress
remove the double tape and open the mattress (it will remain in a production packaging tape)
! REMEMBER - the vacuum mattress cannot be rolled up back
manually!
Instructions for unrolling twisted
mattresses (information for consumers)
1. Put a rolled mattress on a bed. Make a small cut on the vacuum packing
(please, don't use too sharp objects), remove the protective polyethylene
film.
2. Untwist a mattress. The mattress must undertake his form within 10
hours.
3. After unrolling the mattress, it is recommended to air the mattress
during 12 hours.
4.Complete recovery of soft layers of a mattress will come
In 72 hours.
5. For the optimal recovery process of the inner layers it is not
recommended to turn over the mattress within 2 weeks!
We propose to follow our recommendations and your mattress will be in a
service to you as long as it is possible.
Tight packaging of a mattress protects it from the influence of external factors
( moisture, pollution), but it keeps an industrial smell of a new product (as well as any
new thing).
After removal of packaging before using the product, it is necessary to air the mattress
within 12 hours with the purpose to remove an industrial smell.
Use a mattress in a dry, ventilated area. Do not place the mattress near flammable
devices and in open flames.
Exceeding the recommended load on one sleeping place reduces the life of the product.
