sleep natural™ mattresses are compressed and
vacuum sealed for ease of shipping. Please allow 2448 hours for your mattress to regain its normal size.
There may be a slight new foam odor. This is normal
and will fade away in a short time.
• Carefully open the shipping box.
• Remove the mattress from the box.
• Remove the plastic bag by hand. Do not use scissors or any sharp object
when removing plastic cover.
• Gently unroll the mattress.
• Discard packaging materials.
• Leave the mattress uncovered for
24-48 hours after removing from the box
so the mattress can return to normal size.
You may use the mattress the same day, but it is
important to air out the mattress the first few hours
after unpacking.

Care and Maintenance
Care of your new sleep natural™ mattress is
simple. Just follow the steps below to insure
years of comfort.
• We recommend the use of a high quality,
waterproof mattress protector. Your sleep natural
mattress should never become wet.
• Your mattress must be properly supported by a
foundation and good quality bed frame, platform
bed with slats a minimum of 5” apart, or the floor.
Zip covers may be removed and dry cleaned.
• We recommend airing your mattress out once
a year by simply opening the windows on a
warm sunny day. Strip the bed of linens and let
as much air and light into the room as possible.
Allow the memory foam mattress to breath in
this manner for the day. Simply remake the bed
as usual in the evening.
• There is no need to rotate or flip your sleep
natural™ mattress.
About your sleep natural™
Mattress
sleep natural™ warrants that we will, at sleep
natural’s option, replace or repair purchaser’s
sleep natural mattress if it is defective due to
faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 10
years from the original purchase date, subject to
the limitations described in this warranty. There
is no Comfort Guarantee implied or expressed.
Please retain your original proof of purchase and

warranty covers; defective materials and/or

decrease in the recovery of the foam less than 1 ¼
inches, which is normal and does not affect the quality
of the mattress, comfort preference, physical abuse
or damage to the structure and/or cover material,
including but not limited to; burns, cuts, tears, or
liquid damage, damage from improper foundation,
bed frame, or platform bed.
This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser
of the product. All transportation costs are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Documentation may be required to process
your warranty claim, including but not limited to
photographs and in-home inspection.
