Developed using the latest Web technologies, eClinibase is part of
the new generation of products designed by Logibec to meet the
requirements and new reality of the integrated health and social
services network. eClinibase complies with the content matrix
standards of master patient indexes within the framework of the
provincial project for an Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI).

eClinibase offers a set of clinical administrative software
programs based on a new technology and new innovative
concepts designed to better meet the current needs of our
clients for management, integration and service networks.
Several modules are already available and others are being
added as needs evolve and will replace the current product
families, Clinibase CI and Clinibase. The following activities can
be managed through eClinibase: patient index, admissions,
registrations, appointments, professional workload, electronic
documents, care and services, archived records and emergency.
These multipurpose, multisite modules have been designed to
address the reality of healthcare facilities and their partners.

FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
eClinibase has an HL7 interface engine that, along with its query module, enables
it to perform bidirectional data exchange efficiently with external systems. This
integration approach allows healthcare facilities to retain their knowledge assets
while ensuring optimal performance during the data synchronization process.
The integration of all the clinical administrative databases provides eClinibase
with a global view of the care and services obtained by a patient.
Through its integration components associated with national projects, eClinibase
offers facilities group processing capabilities which result in significant savings in
time and effort when compared with unit processing through a local patient index.
Developed in .NET, eClinibase uses a modern technology that complies with
government guidelines. It has an interactive logging system for transactions
originating from external systems and eClinibase.
