Access
Access Seating
This Patent-Pending chair has a unique footrest
that is split into two halves. Both halves easily
come together then rotate to the sides of the
chair and out of the way.
As an additional Access feature, the arm of the
chair is removable to permit a person to gain
entry to the chair from the side. This would
permit a person to be easily helped into the
chair from the side; the arm can then be firmly
reattached to the chair for safety.

Cabinetry Specifications
• ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS • Order acknowledgments are mailed, faxed, and/or emailed to the distributor placing the order. It is the responsibility of the distributor to review the order acknowledgment to insure
accuracy regarding item numbers, descriptions, quantities, colors, etc. The order acknowledgment will indicate the planned or scheduled shipping date. While Collins makes every effort to maintain the planned shipping date,
the date is not guaranteed, and the company assumes no liability for any damages should an order be late.
• ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS • Collins manufactures all QSE salon equipment after receipt of the customer order, and orders that are cancelled or materially changed within five working-days of the acknowledged
ship-date are subject to a penalty determined by the costs incurred and the manufacturing resources committed. Orders for equipment with customer-requested modifications or special-order, non-stock colors cannot be
materially changed or cancelled within ten working-days of the acknowledged ship-date without a substantial penalty.
• TERMS OF SALE • While prices are subject to change from time to time, the unit prices billed to the distributor will be those that were in effect at the time the order was placed. Payment terms are clearly specified on the
sales order and subsequent invoice, and payment within the terms is required. All prices are F.O.B. the factory and all sales are final.
• COLOR SELECTIONS • All Collins Quick Salon Equipment (QSE) seating is manufactured in Wallaby Black, Chocolate, Charcoal and Camel upholstery unless stated otherwise. All Collins QSE cabinetry is manufactured in
Shaker Cherry, Limber Maple, Cafelle, Brighton Walnut, Wild Cherry, Fusion Maple, Graphite Nebula and Matte Black laminates unless specified otherwise. Dozens of custom colors are also available by special order, costing
an additional 10% and taking 3–4 weeks longer.
Chair Specifications
• SHIPPING & HANDLING • All Collins salon equipment is properly packaged for safe shipment directly to your salon. Most orders are shipped via common carrier truck-line, F.O.B. our factories. While freight damage is not
a frequent occurrence, no shipment is immune to the risk of loss or damage. It is the sole responsibility of the consignee to inspect for damage upon receipt and appropriately note any damage on the delivering carrier’s billof-lading. Freight carriers have very limited responsibility for damage that is not noted on the bill-of-lading, and failure to do this adversely affects any subsequent claim the consignee may have.
• INSTALLATION • QSE Salon Equipment is manufactured in the USA by Collins Manufacturing Company and it is designed for easy, on-site installation in your salon. Assembly instructions and the typically-needed fasteners
are included with each shipment. The company recommends that all plumbing and electrical work be done by reputable and licensed professionals who are familiar with the local building codes.
• PRODUCT WARRANTIES • Collins salon equipment is carefully manufactured, inspected, and guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship as follows: 7 1/2 YEARS – hydraulic pumps are guaranteed for seven and
one half years from the date of purchase. 5 YEARS – reclining mechanisms are guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase. 1 YEAR – all remaining components, unless specified otherwise, are guaranteed for a period
of one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and does not apply to damage caused by water or fire, discoloration, fading, or staining of fabrics or laminates, or where there is
evidence of improper plumbing or installation, tampering, mishandling, abuse, or misuse of the equipment.
• CUSTOMER RETURNS • Collins warrants the equipment against defects, packages for safe shipment, and makes every effort to assure customer satisfaction. Sometimes the company may elect or require that a product
be returned to the factory, in which case a Return Authorization Number will be issued and it must be clearly marked on the returned item. Unauthorized returns will be refused on delivery.
