The Victory Companies’ 2012 Dream Home Tour will feature ten spectacular homes from three different
home builders and one home remodeler in six great locations. Buyers can choose from a variety of home
values, prices and styles.
Kicking off this year’s home touring season, four top Metro Milwaukee home builders and remodelers
have once again pulled together to host the 2012 Dream Home Tour. Buyers are sure to enjoy the tour’s
ten exceptional models in five different prime locations during the weekend of March 24–25 and March 31
– April 1 from noon to 4 pm.
Collectively called The Victory Companies, these Milwaukee home remodelers and builders have pooled
their resources to offer buyers the highest quality homes at prices that take advantage of the economies
of scale.
Homes on the tour range from affordably priced homes that are perfect for first time homebuyers and
those looking to downsize, to custom-built homes for people ready to design their dream house. In
between are all-inclusive homes appointed with popular amenities and sophisticated semi-custom homes.

The tour covers five different neighborhoods. The first four are Richfield (Reflections Village),
Germantown (Isabelle Farms), Mequon (Concord Creek), and Pewaukee (Broken Hill and Hawk’s
Meadow). In addition, buyers can meet the homeowner and one of the company co-owners each
Saturday at a custom home in Muskego (Oakridge Glen).

Anthony or Victory home. In this program, The Victory Companies will pay the mortgage on the buyer’s
existing home for up to six months after the closing of their new home, which gives buyers approximately
12 months to sell their existing home from the time construction starts on their new home. Some
