The challenge:
Following a three-way competitive pitch, The PR Farm
was appointed as Seymours’ PR and marketing agency
with a remit of covering its network of 14 independently
owned offices across Surrey.
The estate agency, which was formed in 1992,
needed an agency to deliver creative campaign ideas
to generate instructions and position the agent as
Surrey’s first choice of property marketing professional.
The result:
Since 2012, The PR Farm has devised and delivered
popular marketing campaigns, which resulted
in Seymours scooping the Award for
Best Marketing and Presentation
at the Surrey Property Awards 2013
and Estate Agency Member of the Year
at The Guild of Professional Estate Agents’
annual award ceremony.
