deLaCour with 100 Women in Hedge Funds
100 Women in Hedge Funds is a global nonprofit organization that raises funds for
philanthropic causes in the fields of health, education and social reintegration for women.
The last gala took place on November 27th 2013, in a sumptuous venue at the President
Wilson Hotel, with over 300 attending guests.
This year, the organization chose to focus its efforts on the Roger Federer Foundation. This
organization aims to support the education of children from 3 to 12 years in economic
difficulties, enabling them to access a higher quality of education.
Sensitive to the cause, the deLaCour watchmakers participated to the auction by offering a
City Lady 1 watch, PVD steel, mother pearl dial set with diamonds and pink sapphires set
bezel.
The auction, organized by Caroline Lang of Sotheby 's achieved a record amount for the
overall items.
A concert given by Skunk Anansie delighted the guests who attended this event.
The Geneva watchmaker is proud to have contributed to this action.
