GROUP ANY-DAY PASSES
Our group discounts allow you to buy in bulk and save on tickets valid for one-day
entry throughout the season, which are perfect for staff rewards, social club
benefits, or a corporate promotion. A minimum purchase of 20 passes is required,
and further discounts are available for purchases over 1000 passes.
SPECIFIC DAY PASSES
When you have a specific date in mind for your visit, you can take advantage of
the savings for your annual family day or team-building day. A minimum of
20 passes is required, and further discounts are available for bulk purchases over
1000 passes. Exclusive hire events and private event menus can be arranged.

operating day the park is open during the 2016/17 season. When one day is not enough, the Season Membership lets the
fun last time and time again!
All sales require the pre-purchase of a minimum of 20 passes to receive discounted price, a minimum of three

To make payment for your group by cheque, please deposit your cheque at your local ANZ branch to the Wet’n’Wild Sydney
bank account. Bank Account details are: Wet’n’Wild Sydney, ANZ Bank, Collins Street, Melbourne, BSB 013-006, Account
Number 8361-91695. Please quote your group name as reference. Cheques must be cleared at least two (2) weeks in
advance.

Group Booking Agreement Terms and Conditions
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the booking and provision
of a group function by Wet ‘n’ Wild Sydney Pty Ltd [ABN 94 079 214 127] and is
governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales.
1. Confirmation of Tentative Booking
To confirm your tentative booking you MUST make payment for twenty (20) or
more full paying package guests where upon it is deemed that you accept these
Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by same.
2. Cancellation / Refunds
A confirmed booking may be cancelled by notice in writing via fax or email:
(a)by us if you do not pay monies to us as required by these terms and
conditions, if you conduct the event in a manner that we deem to be
unsafe or if you breach these terms and conditions whereupon any
monies you have paid to us shall be forfeited to us in full unless
otherwise agreed;
(b)by us if events beyond our reasonable control prevent us holding the
function or if upon our review of operational procedures for the
proposed event we have any safety concerns whereupon all monies
you have paid to us shall be immediately refunded in full to you; or
(c)by you at any time whereupon any monies you have paid to us shall be
forfeited to us in full unless you give us notice more than two (2) weeks
more before the date of the function in which case we shall refund all
monies to you.
Any admission tickets or food and beverage vouchers issued for the function that
are not used on the day of the function are non-refundable (subject to any
requirements at law to the contrary) and not able to be used on another date nor
sold to anyone.
3.Payment
You must pay to us the balance of the quoted total cost for the function not less
than three (3) business days before the date of the function.
(a)

(b)direct deposit to our bank account; or
(c)by personal/company cheque or money order.
All admission tickets required for your function will not be issued until full payment
has been received. Should payment be made by direct deposit or cheque, tickets and
vouchers will not be issued until the funds have been cleared in our bank account.
4. Function Details
Every reasonable effort is taken to maintain quoted prices but these are subject
to change at our absolute discretion whereupon we will notify you as soon as
possible and work with you to agree upon an alternate menu.
We reserve the right to change the function area where it is deemed necessary
whereupon we will notify you as soon as possible and make every reasonable
effort to provide a comparable alternative function area.
5.Catering
No commercialised catering, or outside food including third-party take away is
allowed, nor is the use of personal gas/barbecue equipment. Guests are
permitted to bring in small amounts of snack food such as homemade
sandwiches, fruits and bottled water. This also includes food and beverage items
for guests who may have special medical dietary needs, food allergies, and baby
food (no-glass containers). We advise guests not to bring in large quantities of
food, eskies, commercially prepared food or alcohol as these items will not be
permitted into the park. Wet’n’Wild Sydney also offers a variety of food options
throughout the Park.
6.Electrical
If you wish to bring into the premises any portable electrical equipment for use at
the function then same must first be inspected by us and (subject to it being
deemed safe and acceptable for use) electrically tested and tagged by us.
7. Entry Conditions
All persons attending the function agree to comply with the Entry Conditions (as
appears in notices located at the main entry to the premises) which shall apply and
are not waived, varied or in any other way mitigated by the terms contained herein.
LEASE NOTE: the quoted total cost for the function is inclusive of any Goods &
P
Services Tax. A tax invoice will be provided to you in respect of any taxable supplies on request.
