the flexibility needs of each individual golfer with partner-assisted stretches. Then train like the
pros with a proven golf workout developed by The Greenbrier’s own Strength and Conditioning
Specialist. This workout focuses on strengthening and lengthening the muscles to create more
power and balance in your swing.

Originally built in 1912 and featuring ornate mosaic tile
