Creator’s
Thoughts
Greetings From The Creators
Hello and Greetings,
I first would like to thank you for using
small portion of your valuable time to
inquire about what we have to say
from the Creator’s Desk.
You may ask yourself,
What kind of magazine is this?
Playa
Connection
Magazine
promotes Playa’s (Individuals) that
Flip Ideas into Income. Giving our
urban aka “Hood” industry a more
professional look to properly get
the attention they deserve, there
is a lot of talented individuals
and entrepreneurs in the urban
community. We feel just because their
advertising with a low budget, doesn’t
mean they should be perceived that
way.
We are looking to transform the
Hood image to one that is more
understood and recognized
nationwide.
We chose to launch with Don Magic
Juan formerly known as a Pimp and
during our pre-launch promotions we
had a critism from one of our readers
stating:
If you’re trying to portray something
more positive and professional, do you
really want a pimp to be on the cover
page? What kind of message do you
think that’s sending?
Yes, Don Magic Juan is a playa that
flipped an idea into an income. We
didn’t say nothing about positive
image, positive or negative is based
on you’re personal judgement or
opinion. However everyone trying
to earn a living from their talent or
ideas deserve to have a professional
look. What they do is what the do.
What we are doing is showing the
“Hood” from a different point of
view.
The purpose of this magazine
is giving playa’s a voice (a clean
professional one...marketing wise).
We look forward to our readers’
constructive and positive, criticism,
suggestions and most valuable
feedback on future publishing’s in
print, audio, and video of things we
are launching with the intention
to flip an Idea into an Income.
While bringing money back to our
communities.
Awareness is everything, if the
advertisement of a mega store hit
first, guess what... the local business
with the same product just lost that
deal. When the money is being spent
outside of these communities, there
is no question why unemployment
is at a high in America. Men and
Women have fought and died for
America to be the land of the free,
however now it’s free to be or do
what???
Playa Connection Magazine goal is
to educate, inform and promote to
our audience that there are infinite
possibilities.
In closing, stay plugged in with us
and join our network of Playa’s that
Flip Ideas Into Income... what’s yours?
We want to hear about it.

“HOTT oFF THA BREAST”Interview by Skii Starr
Hey World, it’s your girl; Skii Starr. I’m here
where the Real Reality Radio is turnt all the
way up live at “The Don Juan Show” which
airs live every Saturday night from 10pm
to 11pm on www.RMCONAIR.com and call
in at 310-965-1600. The show reaches out
to a multitude of people across the world
via the internet as well as great talent
and entrepreneurs of all sorts have the

I have the one and only Chairman of the
Board of Famous Player’s everywhere right
here with me for an exclusive interview
of his own, Arch Bishop Don Magic Juan.
Bishop, will also be gracing the front
cover of Playa Connection Magazine.
Hott: Hello Bishop, it’s always an
honor to be in your presence.
Bishop: Chuuuch!
Hott: Define yourself with one word?
Bishop: Savior
Hott: Who is and what do you
represent?
Bishop: Confident, somebody people
want to know. I represent the people
who don’t have a voice. It’s amazing
for my background, I have a wide
audience from law enforcement,
doctors, and lawyers who know me
and want to know me.
Hott: What inspires you?
Bishop: My Mother and my Father.
My Mother taught me love and my
Father taught me about money.
So, I’m definitely inspired by them.
My Father had a restaurant and three
buildings. My Mother had so much
love that everybody loved her. So, I
learned both sides of the coin. They
are what really inspired me.
Hott: Most
people
re-invent
themselves every 5 years. How is it
that you re-invent yourself daily?
Bishop: You can’t stay the same
way all the time. You got to make a
change. You see technology change
Everything is like the world turning,
its evolution. You got to change
with the times. “I change with the
understanding of my mind.” I’m not
one who follows the Joneses. I don’t
change with you go wearing jeans,
I wear jeans. No! I change with the
understanding of elevating myself to
the next level.
Hott: You once had your own physical
congregation, “Magic World Christian
Kingdom Church of The Royal
Family” in Chicago for 3 years. Have
you considered opening the doors
to a physical congregation here in
California?
Bishop: No. I have a lager following
through mass media, such as
Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I’m
able to reach move people this way.
I’m able to help a wider variety of
people. I just like giving and helping.
I know where I came from. I know
where I came from people need help.
We all need an encouraging word.
Thru social media I can reach more
people.
Hott: Congratulations on the 1 year
Anniversary of “The Don Juan Show”
which streams live every Saturday
night from 10pm until 11pm on www.
rmconair.com. How does it feel to be a
powerful force thru social media with
your show being live reality radio for
1 year?
Bishop: Chuuuch. It’s a blessing to
be able to reach so many people,
to continue to show the love I have
for all people and to hope that the
people continue receive a positive
word or influence from being a part
of the show.
Hott: Who were some of the people
who attended the 1 year anniversary
show?
Bishop: Some of the people who
fellowshipped with the Church were
of course my co-host DjKraz_e,
Debbie the Glass Lady, models the
Howe Twins, Queen of Comedy;
Luenell, Rappin’ 4 Tay, and Misty,
the daughter of “Ice Berg Slim”, a
host of love ones came thru.
Hott: What is the next venture for
you, Bishop?
Bishop: I’m working on it now. The
documentary, “The Life Story of Don
Juan” is complete. We are looking
for investors. Financial investors are
welcome to step up, contribute, and
make it happen. I already have the
book out of my life story, now the
documentary gives an in- depth
view of my life story.
Hott: I’ve smelled this awesome smell
all night, which is your cologne. Are
you ready to share the name of your
fragrance?
Bishop: Yes, it’s called “Juan In A
Million”. I designed it myself. It’s
a great smell that’s up there with
Georgia of Beverly Hills, P. Diddy
fragrance. It’s one of those fragrances
that can be in Marshall Fields or in
Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive. It’s for a
man or a woman, unisex.
Hott: If, a special someone wanted to
cater to Bishop with a home cooked
meal, what would you request?
Bishop: Meat loaf, mash potatoes,
and green peas. That isn’t hard for me,
I’m a hamburger man.
Everybody knows that.
Hott: Thank you, Arch Bishop Don
Magic Juan. Much continued success
with your Life’s Journey as the ‘World
Is Watching’. It’s official and hot, “HOTT

Moves to take
The Creation Process
Step 1 the Mental Explosion
called an Idea
Written by A.M.
OMG! that It’s!!!... I bet everyone will
buy something like this! That’s usually
where the idea is born. Ok you have a
great idea, what do you do is where
most people get derailed or often
literally abandon it because they
have absolutely NO CLUE of what to
do next. All they know is they have a
great idea.
A Great Idea is only the beginning,
transforming that idea into an income
is a process and sometimes has to be
a very creative one when you don’t
have the extra capital or cash to pay
someone else to do what you don’t
know how to.
After the great idea has invaded you
piece of mind:
1. Classify the type of people who
could use your idea?
in other words Target your market, ask
yourself will women or men want or
need your idea. What age group will
want your idea. The reason you are
doing this is to define where you will
attempt to sell your idea once created
and ready to go.
However you need to know before
you go out and do the worst thing
possible… WASTE YOUR TIME!
Often we get an idea and we offer it
to people who don’t want or need it.
It’s not that your idea isn’t any good,
it’s just that person didn’t have a want
or need for what you’re offering. It’s
like offering a fat juice piece a steak
to a person without teeth. When you
offer your juicy idea to a person who
doesn’t have any teeth, don’t throw in
the towel just find the people who do
that are interested.
2. Do some research to find the
people that you think want you’re
idea.
In today’s technological world saying
that you can’t get the knowledge
you need is an excuse, you can
search online for networks, events,
organizations and more who will be
interested in your idea.
Ok so now you have a great idea, you
know the type of people who more
than likely want or need your idea…
3. What do you call it?
Sometimes the name means just as
much as the idea itself. Take a second
to come up with at least 5 names and
then a tagline for each that explains
what it is your doing.
Remember, it’s your idea you have
thought about it and if it’s something
you do, you have done it regularly.
The person you are offering it too has
never heard of the name but if the
tagline tells them what you do, makes
it easier for the person to understand
the want or need. For instance… the
name: Playa Connection Magazine
| the tagline: “Playa’s that Flip Ideas
Into Income”
4. How much do you charge for your
idea?
First if it’s a tangible product: add up
how much it takes to produce your
idea.
If it is a intangible service: how much
do you want to earn in exchange for
your time doing it.
Take a look around again do some
research to find out how much others
with something similar are earning
from their sales. Try to stay close to
home with that. Don’t try to beat a
price from another state or country
because you saw it online.
Look for it locally, google search your
idea and end it with your city and
state. If you are selling music find out
how many music stores offer your
music in your area. How much do
they sell music for and etc.
Now you’ve done your homework
and you are ready to move forward
with production and marketing for
sales.
4. How do you get it all this data out
of your mind and transformed into
material to present to people?
The first thing simply get it on paper,
(you’ve been writing and making
notes, now doddle a drawing if you
can… stick figures and basic shapes
are fine, don’t expect it to look as
good as the image in your mind) if
you can contact a graphic designer to
help get the image out.
Presentation is everything when
attempting to offer something in
exchange for money.
5. Now it’s on paper you have
marketing material, what do you do
with it.
So knowing a little about the industry
your idea is in will help you know
where to take it. Often when trying
to sell your idea, beginners make
the mistake of trying to sell it to the
people they know who know that you
are trying to make money off them.
Some will support you but the ones
that don’t, use them for feedback to
fine tune your presentation… but
never stop.
Flipping an Idea into an income
takes Time, Planning, Consistency,
and Persistence. Not just what if
thoughts. Most of all the desire to
achieve the vision in your heart, mind
and soul carries you through to the
promise land.
Keep your Faith and generate the
income you need or want.
