Owner: The Shoe Company Consultant: Figure 3 Interior Design Cost: $400,000 TOWNSHOES PARK ROYAL FIT OUT Completion: January 2014 Location: Vancouver, BC Project Manager: Tulio Lopez Site Superintendent: Ian Johnson Century Group performed a full fit out of a new space for TownShoes at the new Park Royal Shopping Centre on Marine Drive, West Vancouver. The space started at base-building,and was fully finished out with new floors, walls and ceilings, plus lighting, electrical, and mechanical. The feature aspect of this project was the custom built millwork that required delicate handling and installation.
