College of North West London Student Portal Accessing Your Files and Email in the Cloud Student portal CNWL has developed a student portal to provide streamlined access to the online resources that students use during their time with the college. The portal opens up as in the screen image above, and is immediately accessible when the students log in to a College computer. The new document will be marked with a little green star when you access your OneDrive: You can click on any document to highlight it and then delete, edit, rename it by clicking on manage. September 2014 CNWL guide to Student Portal Page 16 CNWL Student Portal: Accessing Your Files and Email in the Cloud Student Advantage and Office 365 Pro Plus Every student enrolled in the college is entitled to free access to Office 2013 at home and outside the college. This offer is only valid while enrolled on courses at the college Every student of the college can down load a copy of office to use on their home computer which will be active until you leave the college Office 365 ProPlus for PC . Office 365 ProPlus for Mac To install office log on to: myday.student.cnwl.ac.uk from home on the computer you wish to install office. When you are logged on click the gear symbol top left and select “Office 365 settings” Next click on “Software Install and manage software” on the left hand side.
