Ranger Segmenting Rifled Slug
®
The new Winchester® Segmenting Slug is an ideal round no matter how the situation
unfolds. When fired into bare, light cloth or heavy cloth, the unique slug design segments
into three pieces, causing multiple wound channels and increased trauma. The segmenting
action also reduces the risk of over penetration. But when faced with hard barriers
such as plywood, car doors and drywall, the round behaves like a traditional slug with
