1 PROGRAMME 10th International Rolling Conference and the 7th European Rolling Conference 6 – 9 June 2016, Congress Graz / Austria organised by 2 3 CONG R E S S G R AZ , AUSTRIA / 6 - 9 JUNE 2016 PERFECTION IN ROLLS. PROGRAMME 6 – 9 June 2016, Congress Graz / Austria Our product range includes a variety of rolls in different grades for different applications. The Eisenwerk Sulzau-Werfen is specialized in work rolls for Plate, Hot-Strip, CSP (Compact Strip Production), ISP (Inline Strip Production), ESP (Endless Strip Production) mills, thin slab casting and rolling facilities and Steckel mills. Due to thorough production supervision and continuous testing we are able to meet the specific demands of our customers. Through the regular exchange of information with our clients, we are constantly able to evolve and further develop improved materials. organised by WWW.ESW.CO.AT EISENWERK SULZAU-WERFEN R. & E. WEINBERGER AG 4 5 CONG R E S S G R AZ , AUSTRIA / 6 - 9 JUNE 2016 SCOPE TOPICS The 10th International Rolling Conference and the 7th European Rolling Conference will be jointly organized by ASMET, the Austrian Society for Metallurgy and Materials. Automation, Control & Measurements Thanks to a long and successful series, the ROLLING conferences have become the premier international event for rolling practitioners worldwide. The target audience embraces the whole metals rolling community: flat and long products rolling, hot and cold rolling and ferrous and non-ferrous rolling. The forum will cover product and process topics, encompassing rolled product properties, quality and applications, in addition to design, control and management of mill assets. Mathematical Modeling & Simulation The Conference will bring together rolling practitioners, steel producers, plant designers and researchers and it will provide a forum for best practices and state-of-the-art technology. It will also take a look at developments in the foreseeable future.
