EXPEDICIÓN RIA
Expedición RIA is a 12-week comprehensive
program for children aged 8 to 12. It covers four basic areas with courses
in Computing, Math, Reading and Science. All course content is aligned with the public
education system’s curriculum. The educational impact of Expedición RIA is assessed
with experimental methods by a third party. 34

Educational Impact of Expedición RIA-Mathematics
In July 2013 the Learning Evaluation Lab, in conjunction
with Georgetown University and the University of Chicago,
completed a preliminary evaluation of RIA students (ages 8- 10). Students were assessed at the beginning and end of the Math
module based on a test designed by USAID.
This was the first time this test has been used in Mexico.
