For complete biographical information, visit OSMA.org/elections. Anthony Armstrong, MD Currently I’m OSMA District 4 Councilor. I’m the AMA Organized Medical Staff Section representative for Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, and in the AMA Integrated Physician Practice Section as well as serving on their committee. I have ten years serving as Chairman of OB/GYN, ten years as Director of Medical Education, past Chief of Staff at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, and Past President of The Toledo and Lucas County Academy of Medicine. Current Medical Director for Obstetrics & Specialty Care Mercy Medical Partners where I’m involved with strategic planning, quality, patient safety, operations and access and growth over six Northwest Ohio institutions. I am on the ACOG Ohio Section Advisory Council, and Vice Chair to the Toledo Community Foundation Board. I know I have the experience, personality traits and skill sets to further the mission and vision of our OSMA and therefore, seek your vote for next OSMA President-elect. Robyn Chatman, MD We are practicing medicine at a critical time in the history of our profession. Our system of healthcare is being rebuilt before our eyes. However, we cannot afford to be passive bystanders. This is a critical time for physicians to be involved in the rebuilding of the healthcare delivery process. As more of us become employed, our OSMA must be nimble enough to meet the changing needs of physicians while at the same time be a stable source of resources important to the practice of our craft. We are an organization of physicians committed to the advancement of our profession. However, we cannot hide our light under a bushel, we must position our light so that it can be seen by all. It is my hope and prayer that you will allow me to carry and spread our light as your next president-elect. 6 SECRETARY/TREASURER CANDIDATE The position of Secretary Treasurer is a three-year term.
