As Easy As 1-2-3
1) Dispense moderate amount of cleaning solution onto
lint-free, porous cleaning material through the large
cut out in the jacket.
2) Insert cleaning diskette into drive. Activate drive for
30 seconds.
3) After cleaning remove diskette, check off the
usage on label. After 15 uses, if the diskette
becomes discolored with contamination, discard
and use new cleaning diskette.

-First and Foremost-Never roll the platen backwards when labels
are in the printer
•Use continuous labels with tractor feed printers.
•When using the tractor feed, turn the friction feed off.
•If the printer stops or the labels move out of alignment, break off
the "page" behind the platen (ie. before it goes into the printer) and
roll the remainder out forward-NEVER roll labels out backwards or
they will (Murphy's Law) peel off the sheet and jam inside of your
printer. After removing properly, reinstall the labels.
•Align labels straight when installing on tractor feed.
-Again, Never roll the platen backwards when labels are in the printer.

Protect your disk from smoke, dust, dirt, liquids, etc. by storing in disk cases.
Keep disks away from electronic appliances, wires 8. magnetic paper clip holders.
Use felt tip pens to write on labels instead of ball point pens or pencils.
Do not bend or crease the diskette.
Do not expose to heat (ie. from light coming in windows, car trunks, packages left on doorsteps
etc.) - A safe rule of thumb is: if it is too hot for you, it may be too hot for the diskette.
• Do not put fingerprints on the diskette itself (ie, through the window on the diskette casing).

What Are They?
Spikes and surges are fluctuations in your electric current that rise well above the 120V level that operates
most of your electrical devices. Surges generally last longer than spikes, but, both usually occur so fast that
you do not even notice them. Since most electronic equipment is designed to run on 120V, a spike or surge
can severely damage the device, especially over time - just like too much air in a tire. BLOWOUT! EMI/RFI
Noise Interference - EMI noise is electro-magnetic interference and RFI noise is radio frequency
interference. EMI/RFI noise can be transmitted to your power line by things such as nearby radio and TV

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that has been damaged en route to you by UPS., in order to resolve the
situation as quickly as possible, please call the local U.P.S. office immediately (request a representative to pick up the damaged goods). Securely repack the merchandise, being sure to include the
white packing slip that was included with your order and attach to it a note explaining the situation.
U.P.S. will pick up the package and notify us so that we can promptly ship a replacement to you.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are returning an item, please complete the back side of the packing slip enclosed with your
order, indicating whether you wish a replacement or credit. Place this in the carton, securely wrap
the package and return it prepaid and insured to our Customer Service Department, 1100 Steelwood
