Tourist Information offices can be found in a pavilion located at Schwarzwaldstraße 52 and at the Trinkhalle in
downtown Baden-Baden. Just follow the signs with the “i” when you are coming into town using the B500
highway. The Schwarzwaldstraße office offers free parking, if you want to visit the Trinkhalle office you can leave
your car for a fee at the underground carpark of the Kurhaus.

statute.
Hotel Reservation Regulations
as in all business affairs, reserving a hotel room cannot be done
without legal regulation. a reservation made by a guest and accepted by the hotel constitutes a contractual relationship between both
parties, the so-called the accommodation contract, which as in all
contracts must be complied with by both parties involved.
1. the accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the hotel
has accepted the reservation.
2. the hotel is obligated to make the room reserved available.
otherwise it must recompense the guest.
3. the guest is obligated to pay the room price that has been
agreed upon or that which is usual for the hotel for as long as
the contract is in effect. this also applies when the room has not
been occupied. in the event of non-occupation of the room, the
reduced services provided by the hotel and the income earned
from rental to others are taken into account.
4. the hotel is obliged wherever possible to rent the unoccupied
room to others in good faith.
