Mark E. Etheridge, PE, LEED AP
Mark E. Etheridge, PE, LEED AP, has joined the firm’s New York office as a senior
electrical engineer and a member of the healthcare leadership team. Mark has over 20
years of experience in the design and operation of healthcare facilities, having worked for a
large electrical contractor and having served as the Director of Construction and Property
Management for a six hospital system in Florida. In particular, his experience as an Owner
gives him the ability to help make design decisions based on operational drivers as well as
engineering codes and practices.
Mr. Etheridge is a Professional Engineer (Electrical) registered in Georgia, Ohio,
Mississippi and North Carolina. He is a member of ASHE and has been a

Raymond A. Lemley
Raymond A. Lemley has joined the firm’s Princeton office to lead the commissioning team
throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. He brings over 37 years of experience in commissioning
and construction administration for a wide variety of project types including corporate,
financial, government, entertainment and sports, throughout the USA and abroad.

Regis M. Gaughan, PE
Regis M. Gaughan, PE, has joined the firm as a senior mechanical engineer and a member of the
healthcare leadership team in New York and Philadelphia. Prior to joining the firm, he was a principal
with PWI Engineering in their healthcare practice in Philadelphia, and Vanderweil Engineers in Boston
and Princeton. He brings over 35 years experience building and managing high growth engineering
and AE firms with an impressive portfolio of complex projects throughout the Northeast and abroad.
Mr. Gaughan is a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) registered in Massachusetts, New Jersey,
Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and New York. He is a member
of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers and ASHRAE, and has been
