a better place
FIRM OVERVIEW
Mazzetti is leading the engineering industry into a new era that serves the
needs of current and future generations. Serving the healthcare, mission
critical, laboratory, and higher education sectors, we provide MEPT engineering, commissioning, equipment planning, and sustainability services from the
beginning of a project through post-occupancy monitoring and verification.
Our vision at Mazzetti is to make the world a better place by creating better
environments for our clients. We do that by:
Envisioning with foresight, helping our clients build for the future.
Delivering with foursight: bringing visions to life through our four lenses.
.
WHY MAZZETTI
Our commissioning services are based on ASHRAE Standard 202-2013 Commissioning Process for Buildings and Systems and the ASHE Health Facility
Commissioning Guidelines.
Our approach to commissioning is to become an integral part of the project
team and not just to serve as a “third party” review agency.
Having had previous experience as both the Design Professional and the
Commissioning Authority, we encourage open communication among all
members of the Project Team. We understand that our role as Commissioning Authority is to enhance the project. We are there to make everyone look
better and to actively participate in the solutions, not to merely point out
problems.
We pride ourselves in the ability to deliver the commissioning process in a
timely manner. Due to our early involvement in the construction process, we
identify concerns early so that they will not become an issue later in the project. Our involvement actually helps to increase the likelihood that the project
will be completed on time.
