Through commissioning, risk management,

Facilities verifies and supports the investment

Our strategy
HP Critical Facilities Services, delivered by
EYP MCF, is recognized worldwide for its
leadership and expertise in the strategic
planning, design, and operations of missioncritical facilities. Having designed and
commissioned over 50 million square feet
of mission-critical space, Critical Facilities
Assurance (CFA) is a key component of
the HP Critical Facilities Services approach
to achieving your long-term operational
continuity. CFA offerings verify the high
reliability, operational continuity, and energyefficiency of your facility’s design through
periodic peer reviews—both during the
project’s development phase and through
commissioning of new construction or
site modifications. Once your facility is
commissioned, its reliability is assured
through functional design and operational
sophistication.
Maintaining high performance levels
throughout a data center’s life is contingent
on effective prevention programs combined
with remedial maintenance. Using risk
assessments, our CFA service helps you
develop risk-mitigation plans that identify
effective strategies for minimizing operational
failures. Additionally, CFA engineers work with
you in testing the data center to help ensure
that it will reach its maximum service life
without limiting its performance quality.
