per participant. To fullfill your official appliction, this fee must be payed in cash at the SOR

Slackline Contest Agreement
Slackline Open Renesse 2015
12th and 13th of June
This agreement confirms the contract between the organiser (Vibez Factory / Slackline
Promotions) and the contestant __________________________________regarding the
participation at Slackline Open Renesse 2015
The contestant agrees to be fully liable for any personal injury resulting from the participation
at the event organised by Vibez Factory / Slackline Promotions. This includes any costs
incurred as a result of a possible injury or damage to personal property. The contestant
hereby confirms that he will not make any legal or monetary claims against Vibez Factory /
Slackline Promotions or any employees as a result of a personal injury during the event.
The contestant confirms that he will not make any monetary claims against Vibez Factory /
Slackline Promotions for reimbursement of costs incurred as a result of a possible injury or
damage to personal goods.
The contestant agrees to let Vibez Factory / Slackline Promotions and the WSFed e.V. make
full use of any artwork created as a result of the event and reserves the right to use this
material without further agreement by the contestant.
I have read this agreement in detail and agree to the above mentioned points in full.
