Kenneth Woolley, Chairman – Over the
course of his career, Ken Woolley has been a professor,
an entrepreneur and a corporate leader. As the head of
WestCorp he spearheads the firm’s efforts nationwide.
In 1990, Ken founded and directed Realty Management,
Inc. which was ranked 45 on the NMHC 50 Largest US
Apartment Managers as of January 1, 2007.
He subsequently left RMI and purchased its multi-family portfolio in 2003. Ken
is also the founder and chairman of ExtraSpace Storage, a publicly-traded
company (NYSE: EXR) that operates on the national scale and holds an interest in
over $4 billion in assets.
Robert Weidauer, CEO – Bob has leveraged more
than a quarter century of real estate experience toward
significant gains for Nevada West Development and
WestCorp. Under his leadership, the firm became the
largest condo converter in the state of Nevada, with the
third-largest new home sales group in the Las Vegas
metropolitan area in 2005. With experience in the areas
of acquisitions, finance and management, Bob brings a broad perspective – and
keen insight – to WestCorp.

Mark Copeland, COO – On a given day, Mark is
overseeing the day-to-day operations in eight states.
Having previously served as the Executive VP and COO
of a property management firm listed in the top 10 of
the NMHC top fifty companies that managed 66,000
units, he is well accustomed to excelling on a large
scale. With his unique background in renovation,
construction and capital improvement, Mark monitors
daily activities with an eye on the future.
Scott Seegmiller, CFO – Scott leads the
financial management of all WestCorp managed
properties across the country. An accounting professional
with more than 27 years of experience in the multi-family
management field, he offers a full range of property
management expertise that is designed to increase real
property investment returns for property owners.
Scott is a licensed CPA and understands realistic applications of technology to
the multi-family industry.

Margaret Valdez, VP Operations
Western U.S. – Margaret has been a force in the
property management industry for more than two
decades. She has real-world experience in practically
every position in property management, which provides a
worthwhile complement to her natural strategic acumen.
A proven leader in multiple markets, Margaret manages
all of the firm’s properties in the West. She managed operations to deliver condo
conversions totaling over $600 million revenue in the Las Vegas market.
Emily McCann, VP Business Development –
It’s Emily’s job to communicate the breadth and depth
of WestCorp’s services to owners. She does so from a
unique perspective; her 15 years of real estate sales
and development experience helps her understand
what is most important to potential clients. Over the
course of her career, she has successfully developed and implemented scores of
marketing campaigns and the sale of many significant multi-family projects.
