Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to event; failure to cancel within the required time
will result in the 50% deposit being charged to the credit card on file. A ‘no show’ is
considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled event, that will
also result in the 50% deposit charged.

Pricing
All pricing based on General Dining Room reservations.
Not inclusive of NJ Tax and Service Charge. A minimum
of 28 adult guests or a minimum charge required to
book Private Room from Sunday to Thursday Dinner.
Allergies or Special Diets
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions
if aware from any of the attending guests.
Friday, Saturday & Special Days and Holidays
Private Room Events booked during 7pm to 10pm. A
minimum of $3,000.00 needs to be met to reserve the
space. Price calculated for displaced revenue due to
the closing of Private Room.
Over Time
Upon agreement of this document, OMK will reserve a
table or dining room for your group based on the time
agreed. Over time may be available on a per case basis
depending on other reservations or events booked.
Additional Staffing or Room fee may apply due to
extra time.
Confirmation of Reservation
Please circle your desired menu options, provide all
Credit Card Authorization information and copies of
front and back of credit card. Please ensure all pages
are completed and returned in order to finalize your
reservation. A manager will contact you via email to
confirm your event within 48 hours. If you are not
reachable or a Manager has not contacted you please
call the restaurant.

Deposit (if applicable)
A credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
For events of less than 20 guests no deposit is required,
but a copy or a jpg scan / photo of the front and back
of your credit card is required. For events of 20 guests
or more a 25% deposit is required to reserve table or
room. Buy out of room or restaurant an additional 25%
deposit will be required 1 week prior to event.
Cancellations or No-Shows
If a guest chooses to cancel the event at least 24 hours
before the event date. Guest will not be subject to any
charges. If guest chooses to cancel the event within
24 hours of the event date OMK reserves the right to
charge 50% of the event. If guest is a no-show, guest
will be charged 100% of the cost of event.
Final Payment
Final payment for all services is due upon completion
of event in Cash or Credit Card.
Timing
Due to kitchen logistics and in order to ensure the
intended Dining Experience, we request that all guests
arrive on time, seated promptly and that orders are
taken as soon as your guests are situated. Late arrivals
will be accommodated.
