Understanding customer needs
The process starts with our marketing and
sales staff whose job it is to understand the
needs of the customers-what budget does
the customer have, what are the technical
specifications they would like in their
products, will the designs perform for them.
Most importantly, we need to understand
the positioning of the hotel, and the strategy
underpinning the business, to be able to
help the customer make the right strategic
decisions.
Factory evaluation
The process starts at the factory evaluation
level. Ebaco has trained staff who have been
sourcing furniture and floorings for up to 35
years. We have visited many trade shows,
have worked with many factories, and have
as a result a database of suppliers carefully
analyzed.

Execution
Our trained staff manage the order placement,
and quality control process carefully using
procedures built up over years of experience.
For example, Ebaco has continuous inline
quality control procedures and well developed
quality control formats that are filled out to
ensure quality is managed properly.
Logistics and finance
Ebaco has its logistics head quarters in
Singapore, and provides the customer
with experienced logistics professionals
who can manage the movement of your
goods. Furthermore, through our Singapore
and local operations, we offer customers
different payment options including LCs,
CAD payment terms as well as payment in
local currencies when possible.
Local execution and service
Ebaco offers local execution in different
parts of the world. In some countries
such as India, it has a large execution
staff including site and project managers
that help execute the project for the
customer. We also have customer service
representatives whose job it is to help solve
any problems that might arise as quickly as
possible.

Axminster carpets, all types of wooden and
laminated floorings, vinyl flooring, space
dyed nylon and printed wall to wall carpets,
and sports flooring are amongst the options
that hospitality customers can choose from.
Very importantly, Ebaco ensures that these
product options are accompanied with
strong service procedures to guarantee
that the flooring performs. Without proper
installation, even the best flooring will not
achieve the results expected. At Ebaco, you

Hotel furniture is a product that is
technically detailed, customized,
and of high durability. It is critical
that a vendor that understands
the product is chosen.
Ebaco has over 35 years of experience in furniture
and has the trained people, technical capabilities
and relationships with different factories in
place to be able to manage your hotel furniture
requirements.
We offer a range of customized products in solid
wood, wood veneer, rattan and laminated finishes
depending on the quality specifications and price
points a customer is looking at. Furthermore we
can offer furniture for hotel rooms, for suites,
lobby areas, outdoor areas, restaurants, and spas.
All of our products come with at least a one year
warranty.
With our trained personnel and deep product
expertise, Ebaco can help our customer in
choosing the right designs and technical
specifications of the product. Both are critical to
ensure that the product performs over time as
poor design or poor specifications can reduce
the durability of the product and result in higher

expertise is in furniture and flooring, we provide
procurement services for other products as well
if our customer so requires it.
There are two categories of products Ebaco can
help our customers procure. First, Ebaco can
source other interior products such as doors,
wall paper, lightings, sanitary ware, ceramic tiles.
Second, Ebaco can source other non interior
products such as electronics, and consumable
products used in the hotel on a daily basis.
