Accreditation instructions and practical information for
PrimaveraPro / Primavera Sound 2016
ACCREDITATIONS PICK UP
The accreditations can be collected from the 31st May until 4th June at the PrimaveraPro desk that is next to the
entrance of each site during the following hours:

Remember that it is necessary to show the ID or Passport and the confirmation email that you received
when you registered. The welcome packs will only be handed out at the CCCB.
Nobody will be available to respond to any enquiries about accreditation collection outside the times
specified and the only places to collect passes are the above mentioned.
We recommend that you pick up your accreditation as early as possible to avoid unnecessary delays. The
activities start on Wednesday 1st June at 11.00am.
You can download the confirmation email from your profile on the PrimaveraPro web as many times as you need
to.
The PrimaveraPro accreditation is personal and non-transferable. In the case of misuse it can be withdrawn by the
organization and the person expelled from the festival.
When you pick up your accreditation you will be given a bracelet that must be worn for the whole festival. The loss
or damage of the bracelet or the card is the responsibility of the accredited person and their replacement will cost
either 240€ or 300€, depending on your accreditation.
PrimaveraPro Basic accreditation will grant you access to the DayPro Conference (CCCB and MACBA), to
NightPro (PrimaveraPro VIP Area) and the Press Lounge in the Parc del Fòrum and access to all the concerts in
the line-up of Primavera Sound festival.
PrimaveraPro Premium accreditation will grant you access to the DayPro Conference (CCCB and MACBA), to
NightPro (PrimaveraPro VIP Area) and the Press Lounge in the Parc del Fòrum, and access to all the concerts in
the line-up of Primavera Sound festival and to their VIP areas.
The DayPro Conference Passes will only give access to the activities that take place at CCCB and MACBA and
can only be collected at the place itself, at the previously mentioned times.
DAYPRO CONFERENCE
CCCB (Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona) and MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art of
Barcelona)
DayPro, the daytime section of PrimaveraPro, will take place from 1st to 5th June 2016 in the Centre of
Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB) and in the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA) and will
host debates, round tables and conferences about the present and the future of the music industry, as well as
networking sessions, second editions of the Concert Venues Congress and the Independent Labels Congress and
showcases by emerging artists from different countries.

NIGHTPRO – PRIMAVERAPRO VIP AREA
The doors of the Parc del Fòrum open at 4.00pm.
The NightPro, the exclusive area for professionals and press at Primavera Sound, is in the PrimaveraPro VIP Area
in the Parc del Fòrum and will open its doors from 4.00pm to 4.00am from Thursday 2nd until Saturday 5th June.
It is by the Mediterranean Sea in one of the most attractive spaces of the Parc del Fòrum and will be a relaxed
meeting point for professionals.
There will be various services such as: restaurant, discounts at the bars, private seawater swimming pools, Wi-Fi,
etc.
PrimaveraPro will also have the NightPro showcase stage, a nearby and easy to access stage for concerts by
newcomer artists with the aim to introduce them to record labels, programmers and other entities from the sector
as well as attracting fans from among the general public of the festival.

PRESS LOUNGE
The Press Lounge is located near the Heineken and H&M stages; it is also very close to the PrimaveraPro area.
The Press Lounge is open from 4pm until 3am from Thursday 2nd June to Saturday 4th June. It is a work area
reserved for journalists and PrimaveraPro accreditation holders and is equipped with Wi-Fi and power points.
It will also be possible to keep bags, technical equipment, computers and luggage in lockers. The locker service is
available to accredited free of charge from 4pm to 3am on Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th June. It will
not be possible to use them outside the established timetable, as the Press Lounge will be closed to the public, so
if you do not pick up your deposited items, it will not be possible to recover any items deposited until the site opens
the following day.
WELCOME DINNER PRIMAVERAPRO
This Welcome Dinner will take place on Wednesday 1st June from 8:30pm in the Hall of the MACBA and will bring
together the most exceptional participants of PrimaveraPro 2016 and of the Concert Venue International Congress
and the Independent Record Labels International Congress. During the course of the evening the Primavera Award
2016 will be presented to Roskilde, the non-profit Danish festival, in recognition of its social commitment and its
status as an international reference music event. DJ Supermarkt, the man behind the famous compilations “Too
Slow To Disco”, will supply an exquisite selection of music during the dinner.
To reserve your place you must be the holder of a PrimaveraPro accreditation and access the reservation in the
“My Account” section of PrimaveraPro web. The cost of the dinner is 60€.

PRIMAVERA A LA CIUTAT
OPENING DAY
The PrimaveraPro accreditation includes access to concerts in the Parc del Fòrum on Wednesday 1st June that
are free and open to the general public.
PRIMAVERA AL RAVAL
The PrimaveraPro accreditation also includes access to the concerts in the framework of Primavera al Raval from
Wednesday 1st to Sunday 5th June, that like the inauguration day are free and open to the general public.
PRIMAVERA ALS CLUBS
The accreditation also includes access to the programme of Primavera als Clubs on Monday 30th, Tuesday 31st
and Wednesday 1st June as well as for the closing party on Sunday 5th June in the corresponding venues via a
fast lane for PrimaveraPro accreditation holders, subject to the capacity of the venue in question. We strongly
recommend that you pick up your PrimaveraPro accreditation beforehand in order to facilitate and speed up the
access to the venues in which the Primavera als Clubs concerts will take place from 31st May.
ACCES AUDITORI ROCKDELUX AND HEINEKEN HIDDEN STAGE
AUDITORI ROCKDELUX
The Auditori Rockdelux will once again host the line up’s most intimate concerts during the three main days of the
event in the Parc del Fòrum.
At this edition it will only be necessary to buy reservation tickets for the Suede concert on Thursday 2nd June at
7.30pm. These tickets are required to access the venue and guarantee an unnumbered seat. You will be able to
get the tickets on the day of the concert at the ticket offices outside the Parc del Fòrum from 3pm, at the price of
2€ per ticket and and two tickets per person.
The Auditori is an indoor venue with limited capacity and doors close once full. The PrimaveraPro accreditation
gives you speedy access to the venue (when there are seats available) avoiding having to queue with the general
public.
HEINEKEN HIDDEN STAGE
To access to the concerts on the Heineken Hidden Stage on Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th in Parc
del Fòrum, it will be necessary to have the corresponding reservation tickets, which will be available on the same
day of each concert from 4pm at the information desk on the site until full capacity is reached. Accredited
professionals will have the same conditions as the general public.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE LCD SOUDSYSTEM CONCERT IN BARTS
Only those who are in possession of a reservation ticket will be able to attend the concert. At the access to BARTS,
together with the reservation ticket it will also be necessary to show the PrimaveraPro Basic or PrimaveraPro
Premium accreditation wristband, so it is necessary to have picked up your accreditation, otherwise you will not be
able to get into the concert.
