experience in Downtown Chico, night or day, and that they will return. The proceeds from the Taste of Chico
help us to further this mission.
The programs and services managed by the DCBA are diverse and far-reaching. From well attended community events such as Friday Night Concerts, Thursday Night Market and Christmas Preview, to other essential
programs such as the Downtown Beautification and Stewardship Ambassadors and the new, robust and
innovative destination Downtown Chico Website www.downtownchico.com. Every ticket sold for Taste of Chico
supports keeping Downtown Chico the true heart of our community—now and into the future!

Stop by the Chico Art Center booth on the smaller stage near the train mural and pick up your Fairy
Door Hunt passport. There is one here in the program as well. There are several fairy doors located
throughout the Plaza and Kids Zone across the street. Each child that can find five (5) fairy doors and
get them stamped will be given a free pressed penny with the Taste of Chico logo. Commemorative
pressed pennies will also be on sale for $1.00.
