Powdered sugar in a shaker
Cocoa lite, melted and put in a parchment bag with a tiny hold cut. Pipe into each design
on the brownie pan. Set aside.
Generously spray brownie pan with a cooking spray. Melt butter and chocolate together
in microwave, 20 seconds at a time, stirring at intervals. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. With a wooden spoon, beat lightly by hand just until combined. Stir in flour. Eventually
divide batter into prepared brownie cavities. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then place rack on top of pan. Flip pan with force, let brownie fall
from pan. Allow to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and attach chocolate
pieces with melted cocoa lite.
