steel with zinc coating 350g/m2. Silos are used
for long-term storage of grains and also as being
cached silos close to dryers and cleaners. Funnel at
a 45 degree angle allows quick and easy emptying
of the silo. Aerate system, assured as standard
equipment, maintain grain in good condition.

Big funnel silo
Made of high quality corrugated constructional
steel with zinc coating 350g/m2. Silos are used
for long-term storage of grains and also as being
cached silos close to dryers and cleaners. Funnel at
a 45 degree angle allows quick and easy emptying
of the silo. Aerate system, assured as standard
equipment, maintain grain in good condition. Available
sizes from 94 to 1055 tonnes.
We can also provide funnel silo for lumping materials.

Flat-bottomed farm silo
Made of high quality corrugated constructional steel with
zinc coating 350g/m2. Silos are used for long-term storage
of dry grain, maize, legumes. Perforated floor on 90% of
the surface provides excellent aeration of stored products.
Available sizes from 30to 300 tonnes.

Made of high quality corrugated constructional steel with
zinc coating 350g/m2. Silos with perforated inside funnel
give advantages of both funnel and flat bottomed silos.
Perforated funnel assures:
• perfect venting on the total surface of the funnel
• easy, gravitational grain fall

Batch farm dryers
Enable drying of: grains, rapeseed and
maize
• Working on underpressure, it
provides uniform and effective
drying
• Insulated with sandwich panels
with mineral wool (60mm) in 100%.
• It is possible to combine dryer with
cooling column, which significantly
improves the performance and energy-saving of drying process.
• Equipped with an asymmetrical
hopper, that allows to eliminate
tubular conveyor or transporter (dryer
is working only on vertical conveyor)
• Drying hopper is equipped with filling
sensors that starts the grain rotating
process in time intervals
• Having a big buffer tank, which
eliminates the need to add grain
during drying process
• Buffer of the dryer is equipped with
maximum and minimum sensors,
allowing to control the filling process
• Equipped with a bottom exhaust fan,
which can optionally be equipped
with a silencer and a undusting
separator
• Farm dryers have wide channels and
revisions, allowing free access to any
point in cleaning purposes

Batch farm dryers

Cooling columns
To be combined with all batch or mobile
dryers – all types and producers.
• Using cooling column with batch grain
dryer increases its daily capacity to 30%
• Cooling column enables not to cool the
dryer construction after drying process
• Warm air after cooling phase is being
returned to the dryer and is reused for
drying. This gives a possibility to gets
back 25/30% of energy.
• Recovering of energy on 30% reduces
fuel consumption also by 30%

Undusting separator
Exhaust fan in dryer can be equipped with
undusting separator. This enable reduction
of dust and noise to very minimum.
