Our latest collection is still unashamedly
for modern living: still clean and uncluttered
but with colour, abstracts and florals using the
latest digital printing techniques and a section
devoted to contemporary designers.
Over the last 14 years
have been the brand leaders for
contemporary blind and window furnishing design. We have constantly
been the company that innovates and inspires while staying true to our
contemporary roots.
With
we have totally redesigned the range and look
of the collection. This is the biggest overhaul of the range since its
launch with 90% of the range being new designs.
The New
range has been designed to bring you fun
ideas, cool designers, new finishes, new detail, excitement, innovation
and clever twists. Our collection offers 5 different types of blind: Roller,
Roman, Kyoto Sliding Panels, Wooden Venetians and Vertical. Most of
our fabrics can be used for Roller, Roman and Kyoto Sliding Panels so
you can have different types of blinds in one room. We clearly explain
on each page which type(s) of blind can be used.

processes enable her to cater flexibly for different clients: for

Born in Edinburgh, much of Sarah’s childhood was spent on the Isle
of Lismore on the West Coast of Scotland where her enduring love of
textiles was born. “I have vivid memories of picking wool from fences
and bringing it home to wash, card and spin, and of making rag rugs on
an old cart wheel we’d converted into a loom. Textiles have always
been important to the women in my family: they are an outlet for our
creativity while also providing for and nurturing those around us.”
Sarah studied textiles at Goldsmith’s College, London where
she worked predominantly with felt, exploring its potential as a
medium for conceptual sculpture. Soon after graduating she set up
a millinery business selling to Liberty’s of London and exhibiting
in galleries worldwide.
Sarah is inspired by the fabrics themselves. “For as long as I
can remember I have been drawn to work with wool. It has such
potential: it can be as tough as wood or soft and lace like. The more
I work with it, the more I understand its sculptural and colour
potential. New ideas constantly emerge as I work. I am equally
inspired by the colours, light and flora of the Scottish countryside.”

designs in 2003. Since then it has become a successful business selling
to galleries, shops and interior designers throughout the world. Each

After an established career in the
fashion industry, she has successfully
turned her talents to designing luxury
embroidered homewares. Since the
launch of the studio in September 2008
at 100% Design, where she made the best
newcomer list, she has won international
acclaim – having work shown in London,
Paris, Milan and New York as well as
being featured in leading interior design
publications worldwide.
Charlene creates unique embroidered textiles mixing traditional
techniques with modern design. Drawing on a wide range of inspiration
she makes cushions, blankets and lampshades suitable for residential and
commercial projects.

In addition to the collection, Charlene provides a commissioning service
working with private clients, interior designers and architects to create

The ultimate in wooden venetians, each slat is cut and punched
to order then painted and finished by hand afterwards. This ensures
the punch holes and the ends are completely covered. Each blind is
supplied with a wooden valance and is suitable to be fitted inside or
outside the window recess. The slats are available in three different
sizes, 50mm, 70mm and 70mm stepped. 70mm stepped is a slat
with the routed step design across the width of the slat. The three
slat sizes are available in 13 colours in both a Matt and High Gloss
finish. The timber used for the blinds is Abachi wood which is an
African hard wood that is from a sustainable source.

The Elite Pelmet Profile is made from a minimum of 70% virgin recycled
polystyrene which ensures the profile has a clean and consistent finish.
For an outside recess pelmet (face fix), the top board is a standard 12mm
MDF Board which is routed to the bespoke pelmet, primed on the inside
in white and fitted with a pair of Neodymium Disc Magnets, which then
attach to standard metal L Brackets to ensure easy fitting and removal of
your Pelmet. The outside recess pelmet will have 110mm returns on each
side. An inside recess pelmet will be manufactured with top fix brackets
and no returns. The maximum size is 2750mm.

These new roller systems are the pinnacle of roller blind engineering. We offer three different options
within Elite Roller Systems:
Spring Assist Chain
This ingenious system is pulled down
in the conventional manner using the
chain, however when you want to raise
the blind you pull the chain 5mm and it
will rise to the top by itself. The system
can be used with white plastic brackets
or our Elite Aluminium brackets that
are available in Satin Aluminium and
Polished Aluminium.

The system has an adjustable speed function (you can set the blind
to raise slowly or faster) as well as stop variants to give you perfect
control (you can set the blind to stop at the exact same point every

Spring Roller
This system is the next level of spring
operation. It has the functionality of a
standard spring system but with the added
features of a decelerator to regulate the
speed of the blind’s ascent. It is also possible
to stop the blind in any position due to its
unique cam stop design. The system also
allows you to set a predetermined stop
position allowing the blind to stop at the
same height on each operation. The system
can be used with white plastic brackets
or our Elite Aluminium brackets that are
available in Satin Aluminium and Polished
Aluminium.

The “Senses Fascia System” is a new development which adds
style and control to your blind. The system is available with a chain
operation or a spring operation. The spring system incorporates a
slow rise function with a white aluminium or silver aluminium fascia
as standard or, for extra co-ordination, we can fabric wrap the fascia
so it will match perfectly to your roller blind.

feature ‘Margins’ is

Margins are available for Roller and Roman blinds in all

Banners are a cool way of
making a blind completely
distinctive and can be
supplied as either Roller or
Roman blinds. Two narrow
strips of the same fabric in a
co-ordinating or contrasting
colour are sewn down the
sides of the blind. The
outer panels make up two
equal quarters of the blind
with a larger central panel
accounting for the other half.
Bright, translucent acrylic bars are inserted into the

Vertical Blinds
Our Vertical blinds are offered in 3 sizes
of louvre 89mm (31/2in), 127mm (5in) and
250mm (10in) on a smart silver or white
headrail. The blind operation is dual
control as standard but a mono control
is available at an extra
charge. Vertical blinds
are one of the most
practical blind types for
precise control of the
sun and light as well as
for privacy. The headrail
may be face fixed to
the wall or top fixed
to the ceiling and the
louvres can stack to the
left or the right or split

Chain either side is possible. Specify which side you
would like the chain to be, or a right hand will be
supplied as standard at the drop of the blind less 10cm.
Although a silver chain is standard with eclectics roller
blinds we can offer brass, white plastic or black plastic
at no extra charge.
We can also supply Velux roller blinds for the majority
of fabrics.
Romans
Our make-up method incorporates rods
to help the blind rise and fall in neat
folds. The fabrics attach to the headrail
by Velcro® for easy dry cleaning and with
the cord-lock you can halt the blind at any
position. A chain operation is also available: its geared
system makes raising the blind easier, ideal for larger and
heavier fabrics (surcharge – see price list). Roman blinds
can be unlined, lined with a traditional lining material or
blackout lining.
All our lined Roman blinds have hand sewn top and
bottoms and are tack stitched along the fold to ensure
that no stitching is visible from the front of the blind.
This creates a truly hand sewn look.
This stunning sliding panel window
treatment could also doubles as a room
divider. The width of each panel is roughly
65cm (2ft 2in) but will depend upon the
width of the window or room (exact size
will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering) and
they slide back behind each other when opening. Each
panel picks up the next when closing.
The system can stack to

case the rear panel is
pulled by either a draw
rod, cord or electric
motor. The top channel
is in white or silver aluminium.

The top of the fabric has Velcro® sewn along it and
presses onto special Velcro® carriers in the channel.
There is a metal weight in the bottom pocket so the
panels are very easy to remove when required. Ideally
they should be fixed to the ceiling but we can supply
wall fix brackets (extra cost).
For the ultimate in luxury finishes what can be more
opulent than an electrically operated blind? As well
as a luxury item this system is extremely practical for
operating blinds fitted in inaccessible places. So both
practical and luxurious, what other reasons do you need?
For roller blinds we offer three systems:
The first option is a wire free option. This system is
powered by a lithium battery pack, which runs the 12v
DC motor. This means you can fit your electric blinds
without the need of a specialist electrician or the mess
associated with running new wiring.
The second option is a 24v DC low voltage system
which comes with a 2.5DC transformer; the motor
comes with an integrated radio receiver. This motor is
quiet but strong and is suitable for use on blinds up
to 8m2. The system also comes with a single channel
remote control.
