Reservations must be guaranteed with a prepaid advance deposit of the
first night rental and taxes. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival
date receive the deposit back less a non-refundable service fee of $20.
Condominium rentals: a $300 security deposit is due upon arrival.
