SITUATION OVERVIEW
Located in the heart of downtown Columbia’s “The District”, this 64-unit,
upscale apartment building sits adjacent to the University of Missouri School
of Journalism. “The building was specifically designed to seamlessly blend in
with several of the surrounding structures and we knew casement and awning
windows and sliding patio doors would play a key role in complementing the
building’s architectural style,” said architect Tom Goedeke of ACI Boland.
“The Lofts at 308 creates a new, regenerating aesthetic appeal to the
university oriented downtown community,” added Goedeke.
