350 Chevy engine, 22 foot, 72,100 miles, 12 foot awning, many storage compartments, sleeps 6 with
a sofa/sleeper, dinette/sleeper and overhead queen size sleeper. Kitchen in rear: double stainless
steel sink, 3 burner stove with oven, refrigerator (LP/AC), exhaust vent, furnace, LP gas detector,
carbon monoxide detector, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, LCD TV, TV antenna, wired for satellite, GPS,
full bath, hot water heater, roof AC, 6.5 Onan generator with only 150 hours with auxiliary extension
cord and receptacle, generator exhaust stack (venturi style), leveling blocks, stabilizer jack stands,
sewer hoses and connections, water hoses, 2 heavy duty 30 foot electrical extension cords, DC to AC
converter, patio mat, windshield privacy cover, towing hitch, all manuals and schematics, recently
serviced, etc.
We’ve owned this RV for 4 years, and love it, but we have decided to sell it for various reasons
(unrelated to the RV itself.) This RV was in great shape when we bought it, but we have improved it
with the following: We added a new awning, 6500 watt Onan generator, new auxiliary battery, new
tires (recently), all new brakes, new exhaust system, LCD TV, wiring for satellite dish, new LP
detector, new patio mat, GPS, Smyth County Jam logos (can be easily removed), exhaust stack for
generator, etc.
This is a great vehicle to take on vacations, to the fiddler’s conventions, parks, beach, etc. It is very
