David Brigham, Facilitator & Host, Faith Partners, a Recovery Ministry of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church

Eamon Dutta, MD, Director, Peachford Hospital; Atlanta Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Associates
Dr. Dutta serves at Peachford Hospital in Atlanta, GA, Board Certified in general, adult and geriatric psychiatry and
addiction psychiatry. He focuses most often on acute care, medication and psychology support. In limited cases, Dr.
Dutta provides individual therapy and ECT (electroconvulsive therapy) at Atlanta Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
Associates, an outpatient practice in Atlanta.
Dr. Dutta serves on teaching faculty at Morehouse School of Medicine, with privileges at Northside Hospital, Athens
Medical Center, and Cobb WellStar ER and Mobile Psychiatry Units. He is an active member of Georgia Psychiatric
Physicians Association and the American Psychiatric Association.
He lives with his wife, Carli Dutta, LCSW, and their son Keegan.

Yvonne Pennington, PhD, Psychologist
Dr. Pennington is a child and adult psychologist working with adolescents, children and families. In her private
practice, she focuses primarily on ADHD/LD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder/Learning Disabilities), and
depression, evaluation/assessment, marriage and family therapy. She is a licensed Play Therapist, and offers Parent
Training.
Dr. Pennington had first-hand parenting experience by raising an ADHD child. Today, her son Ty Pennington, host of
television’s earlier show Extreme Makeover, serves as spokesman and advocate for managing life with ADHD,
encouraging early diagnosis and treatment.

Margaret Sisson, Director, Riley’s Wish Foundation; International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation
Margaret Riley Sisson is an educator and advocate. She started her own Montessori School in 1991 and continues to
teach and administrate. She became involved with the IOCDF as a result of her son’s struggles with OCD. Her
contributions to the Foundation include raising awareness and educating the community about OCD. She was awarded
the Hero Award in 2014 for her efforts.
Her son Riley, tragically lost his battle to a dual diagnosis of OCD and addiction by an accidental overdose in
September, 2014. Right up to his death he was an advocate for those suffering from OCD and addiction. He presented
a panel on the treatment of this disease at the 2014 IOCDF conference in LA.
Ms. Sisson is devoted to continuing Riley's work by starting Riley's Wish Foundation. Its mission is to encourage
purposeful actions to serve those battling various types of mental illness, particularly OCD and Addiction. The
foundation intends to foster unity among persons suffering and seeks to educate the public about various disorders, in
addition to affecting change in awareness and treatment.

Missy Owen, Executive Director, Davis Direction Foundation
In March of 2014, Missy Owen and her husband Michael, co-founded the Davis Direction Foundation (DDF) following
the death of their son, Davis. In December of 2014, Mrs. Owen retired from her remarkable career in public education
to devote full time attention as the Executive Director to the DDF – a foundation to promote awareness, affect
change and save lives related to opioid/heroin addiction. In the first year of operation, the DDF, with a founding board
of 11 members, raised over $60k, launched a 6-month Metro Atlanta Billboard campaign, hosted 3 Opioid/Heroin
Symposiums and 2 Memorial ceremonies, held a golf tournament raising over $15K and received a grant from the
American Medical Association Foundation to purchase and handout life-saving narcan kits. The AMA Grant also
allowed the DDF to compile and publish a packet of information, which is placed in schools and businesses throughout
Georgia, and surrounding states. The work of the DDF has been highlighted in the media through newspapers,
television stations and “Our Town” magazine. Mrs. Owen maintains an informative blog on the Davis Direction
Foundation website and Facebook page.
Mrs. Owen currently serves on the Board of Cobb Community Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse, is a member of the
Georgia Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Initiative and has received certification for “Media Training” by the
National Safety Council. She and her husband Michael reside in Cobb County. They have 5 children, one of whom
resides in Heaven. They are members of the Marietta First United Methodist Church.
