Presents CONCERTS GOOD TIMES GREAT MUSIC REMOTES EVENTS PARTIES Mission Statement “Zoomers are boomers with zip.” Popularized by Moses Znaimer to denote a new vision of the population traditionally known as 45+. They are the single most influential consumer group in the history of the world. They have more money and time than any other demographic—by far. Zoomers are over 14 million strong: nearly 1 in every 3 Canadians has celebrated a 50th birthday. They’ve led , then transformed, then dominated every market they’ve entered. They change loyalties with ruthless efficiency. They don’t follow the crowd. They are the crowd. Welcome to the Zoomer Empire! www.am740.ca Positioning Statement The New AM740 gives to Zoomers what they have earned. A powerful 50,000 watt clear-channel voice. A voice that speaks for them, to them, and about them. “The Best Of The Best” encompasses the best in music, news, information and lifestyle programming that addresses the needs and wants of this powerful and ever-growing consumer group–Zoomers. The New AM740 injects character back into Toronto radio. Hosted by cheerful companions – best friends, really - we spin Zoomer memories, and tackle issues that affect Zoomers going forward with zest, zeal and zip. Not a ‘jock’ - or an elevator song - within earshot. To Zoomers, life is about More, Better, BEST. And giving back. Only one radio station echoes their beliefs, and bears their name. The Best Of The Best. The New AM740. Zoomer Radio. www.am740.ca Audience Profile Zoomers are influential, upbeat and interested in their communities.
