The self-service restaurant is located at the
mid station and spoils its guests with traditional as well as international delicious meals.

Refund
Tickets can be reimbursed in case of sport accidents or illness
only in combination with a medical confirmation. Both, ticket and
confirmation are to be handed in at the ticket counter during
office hours. Qualified for refunding is only the person affected.
Bad weather, danger of avalanches, lift transport interruption or
termination, closure of slopes, unpredictable departure, strong
wind, etc. are no qualified reasons for refund. Scaling and 1,5 and
2,5 day’s tickets are not reimbursed.

new party location at the Bergeralm.

Terms of Contract
The lift ticket starts its term with the date of issue (except seasonal tickets and predated tickets on demand). Issuing of 1,5 days
and 2,5 days tickets is from 12.00 without exception. On demand
all tickets with exception of scaling and 1,5 and 2,5 days tickets
can be bought with advanced booking.

Lift tickets are not transferable and are valid on the consecutive
days with exception of tickets subscription by choice. Moreover ticket validity cannot be extended or changed belatedly. The
transfer of tickets to other persons and the extension or the
change of the term of validity is not possible. Misuse results in
ticket withdrawal – juridical steps will follow.

The cross-country ski runs on a high sea level
make the heart of aficionados beat faster. 10km
runs in total offer a stunning view on the Wipptal
Mountains. Perfect preparation and permanent

Safety information
You are responsible for your own safety if you ski outside
of the listed and open pistes!
Piste patrol
The piste patrol crew is constantly working to prove you
with slopes that are always in perfect condition. The slopes
are prepared daily. If possible, we get the job done after the
pistes are closed to the public. But sometimes the piste machines also have to be employed while the pistes are still open.
So please be careful when skiing in areas where these machines are in operation.
Backpacks…
... while using the T-bar and chairlift please be careful with your
backpack and be aware that you will take full risk if a strap causes
an accident or injury. The RGB Berglifte GmbH will assume no
liability or warranty.

Night-Ride Arena
The care, rescue and transport of the injured to
the nearest transfer point (heliport, Gondeltalstation) will be charged according to tariff order of
the piste rescue Bergeralm. Secure ski area €60.

runs min. €110 (additional fees possible according
to expenditure)

New snow
The Ski & Leisure Area in Bergeralm is constantly striving on a daily basis
to offer you the best piste conditions possible. However when there is
new snow, it is not always possible to prepare all the slopes at the same
time, even if all the piste machines are employed. Moreover, in certain
weather and snow conditions, the new snow doesn’t stick to the underlying blanket of snow. Despite packing it down, the new snow still
slides with the first curves taken and results in snowdrifts. This is not
a result of poor piste maintenance.
Please pay attention to this sign
Pistes in these areas are prepared using a winch.This means that the
winch traverses the slope while pulling the snow groomer up the
piste. Please watch out for the barriers! The pistes are closed daily
from 5.00 p. m to 8.00 a. m. (with the exception of night skiing on
Weds, Fri and Sat). There are no hazard safeguards during this
time. There is a high risk of injury due to the preparation of the
slopes by slope machines, snow cannons, low spots, winches or
exposed cables and hoses from the snowmaking machines.
Crystal clear air suitable for competitions perfectly prepared slopes. More
than 11 kilometres and 5 different varieties of slopes make the Ski & Leisure
Arena Bergeralmbahn one of Europe’s
biggest night skiing resorts.
The night-ride arena Bergeralm does not
just set trends for skiers but also offers
snowboarders and new school riders
freaky courses and a lot fun park.
The night ride spectacle happening 3
times a week: always Wed, Fri, Sat 18.30
to 21.30.

Tobogganing arena
With the 8-person gondola Bergeralm
you will get tot he mid station fast and
in a comfortable but most of all safe
way. Right next tot he exit you will find
the Bergeralm restaurant – the starting
point oft he tobogganing run. After a
sustainable meal at the panorama restaurant or after a quick drink at the
Bergeralm umbrella bar, the fun part
can begin: The tobogganing track,
which is about 5km long, is considered a very family-friendly one and
the young ones and those young
at-heart get crazy about it!
