FOR HOMEOWNERS
The new coldwellbanker.ca website, mobile site and apps allow you
to work in conjunction with your agent to share unique stories,
photos and videos about your home. Here’s how to get started:
STEP
1
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Create an account on coldwellbanker.ca, the
mobile website or apps. Just select “Login or
Create Account” in the top right hand corner
of coldwellbanker.ca or select “Login” from
any mobile menu.

ADD YOUR FAMILY
AND FRIENDS
You can invite a spouse or loved ones to link to your
accounts. Now, you can share favourites and comments
with the people whose opinion means the most to you.
STEP
CLAIM YOUR HOME

Just navigate to your property on a desktop or mobile device and
select the “Are you the Homeowner?” link from the site or mobile
to send a request to your Coldwell Banker® Agent to claim your
home! You may also want to reach out to your agent to let him or
her know you’re interested in using this new functionality so you
can further discuss the process. Once your agent confirms your
identity, you will be notified in your dashboard and you can start
posting content to help market your home!

POST INTERESTING AND UNIQUE 4
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOME
Once approved, you can begin posting your videos, photos and stories.
Ideas include:
a. Before & after photos of home improvements
b. Photos of your home through various seasons
c. A video sharing your favourite aspects or memories of your home
d. A paragraph or two about something unique or interesting about your home
To get started, click on the “Add Homeowner Photos & Videos”
below the image carousel on the website:

You’ll have the opportunity to upload photos and
videos right from your desktop or smartphone.
Have a great story or memory to share? Just type it
in the Homeowners’ Notes section and hit submit.
The copy will appear after your agent’s approval.
STEP
5
SHARE YOUR STORY
Once approved by your agent, your stories,
photos and/or video will appear exclusively on
coldwellbanker.ca, the coldwellbanker.ca
mobile site and iPhone, Android and iPad
applications. Don’t forget to share this great
information on social media to help get the
message out about your home!
