Pure and crisp with terroir driven minerality. Notes of citrus, pineapple, and ripened

year old vines yield a very small amount of

Chablis-style structure and acidity. The
vines produce only 2 tons per acre. The
wine was 100 % whole bunch pressed and
fermented in 100% French oak (33% new)
for 10 months in barrel. Aged a further 8
months in stainless steel.

Fruit for our 2011 Pinot Noir comes from
Trout Creek in Summerland. This singlevineyard fruit was double sorted by hand to

Sourced from a single vineyard, the grapes for
this Pinot Noir Rosé were sustainably farmed on
the Canyon View Vineyard, located in Summerland B.C.
Cropped at 3.5 tons per acre, the grapes were
hand harvested in 30 pound micro bins on September 24, 2015 at 23.81 brix. With minimalist
low intervention winemaking, these grapes were
macerated on the skins for 24 hours then gently
pressed and fermented entirely in stainless steel
tanks.
