WINE TASTING? HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Teams, consisting of 1 to 3 participants, are admitted by bringing 3
bottles of the same featured varietal to the event. Our featured varietal
for the upcoming event is Pinot Noir so any 3 bottles of the same brand
and same vintage will work. Upon arrival, all 3 bottles will be given to
the hosts, who will bag 2 of them to conceal the wine’s identity, number
them, and then set them out for tasting. The 3rd bottle will be set aside
and left unopened.
Each guest will be given a scorecard on which they will rate the various
mystery wines. At the end of the night, the teams that brought the top
5 wines will take home everyone’s unopened 3rd bottle of wine. In a
nutshell you’ll have a chance to score a treasure trove of wine while
sampling as many types of Pinot Noir as you’d like, and proceeds from the
event to go benefiting charity organization, ProKids Young Professionals.
