Horse-drawn Sleigh Rides
nature at its best
In winter the Hahnenkamm mountain presents itself as an
attractive skiing area for both natives and holiday guests. The
new 8-seater monocable gondola lift transports passengers in
a short time from the valley up to the mountain. At an altitude
of 1,520 metres is an intermediate station. This means that
the skiing area on the mountain is also more attractive for the
weaker skier. In the alpine pasture region skiers and snowboarders will find the 1.1 kilometre long 4-seater chair lift, which
transports all winter sport enthusiasts up to an altitude of 1,900
metres above sea level, just under the mountain peak. Here the
skier will also find the just over 700 metre long Alpkopf drag lift.
On a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride off the beaten track,
the only sound to be heard is the snorting of the horses. The
absolute peace and silence allows for many a daydream,
everyday stress is banished and you find time to promise
yourself more hours of reflection! Several routes are possible.
Near Reutte’s cable car and lifts the Schollenwiesen lift is also
situated, which is a popular lift for beginners.
